This project was reuse of a existing restaurant to a mixed use 18,000 square foot new building. 17 apartment units and 6 commercial spaces.




14 North Main Street Manchester CT
This 1.2 acre property was a former BOA site located on the bus line, signalized corner, and across from a park. Approved for 38 unit mixed use building with 33 residential and 5 commercial. Rooftop garden area.




365 Crown Street, Meriden CT
This project was owned by the former owner for over a century and sat undeveloped. Ninety percent of the property is unusable due to topography. With highest and best use the large frontage was capitalized with 21 townhouse condo/rental units. Close proximity to newly redeveloped transit/train area in downtown Meriden.
