Roy Evjen
My name is Roy Evjen and I am the Broker/owner of a boutique Real Estate firm, investor, and dad to three boys. Early in life I wanted to compete and be the best. Sports (Football) was the outlet through college where I was able to attain that desire to compete. After finishing college from Hofstra University in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology I found myself looking for a need to compete. I started an appraisal company and got my Real Estate license in 2003 which started a new path for the next 20 years. I have used the combo of both careers with my analytical psychology background to arrive where I am today. Throughout the 2008-2013 housing recession I refined how I perceived everything. A declining market requires an investment to be acquired with greater foresight and exit strategy in place.
I have never worked in a large corporate structure and see that as a major advantage in my development path and how I perceive properties/development opportunities. The world is constantly changing and as an investor/developer you have to change with it. Let the competition begin!
Nicholas Martino
Hello my name is Nicholas Martino and I am the owner of Crystal Restoration Services of New England, Air Care Duct Cleaning, and part owner of Warrior Asbestos and Abatement Services. During my second year of college at Central Connecticut state University, I decided it wasn't for me, and joining the family business was. It was something I always dreamed of doing, and was eager to join. Ever since I was young, about 14, I have worked around my family business. At 21 I started subcontracting and running multiple crews on my own. Later on I became an estimate and project manager, which led me to the title of Owner/president of Crystal Restoration Services. Being passionate about marketing and estimating has allowed me to grow my company and have it run better than ever before. I love what I do and always put full effort into every challenge I take on.
Issac Shweky
I have been involved with the Supply Chain for over 25 years. Experienced in multiple facets in this industry from startups to consulting for major companies in the supply chain industry. I have a strong passion for the environment and I feel that sustainability is a piece that is missing from the supply chain.
With a vast knowledge of the ecosystem around manufacturers, distributors, retailers as well as the recycling industry. Utilizing this knowledge, I have created a universe around characters that promotes sustainability across all channels in the industry. I am a strong believer in understanding the importance of engaging the consumer post the sale which will drive the change needed in the circularity of the supply chain.
